The name is Band ... Brass Band

 James Bond, prolific spy for the the British Intelligence Agency. Double 0 status, licensed to kill. 

Honestly, kinda sounds like most brass players as well if you really think about it...or maybe not. However, that does not preclude them from covering the major pieces of the sound track for the James Bond movies.

A little history about then James Bond franchise. The character of James Bond was originally created in 1953 by author Ian Flemming. Flemming originally wrote twelve books and two short stories for this character before his death. After, several other authors have attempted to continue the series in various ways including spin-offs and prequels. The first James Bond movie was released in 1962 and received high praise. Since then, there have been 27 more movies made starring Bond in various precarious situations. Although they have mostly moved past the original stories set forth by Ian Flemming, every new movie continues to bring in high revenue from the box office. 

In this arrangement, you can hear the James Bond theme at the opening, as well as several themes from the earlier movies. This recording is performed by BrassBand Bozen Überetsch, who has been making several appearances on this blog lately and thus has earned a little more airtime. This brass band originates from Germany, and was established in 2008. They are an entirely volunteer group who are dedicated to performing this repertoire at the highest level. I am thoroughly impressed with their skill, especially considering their recent establishment and volunteer status. They compete in competitions, and although they have not yet won a major competition, I have no doubt we will be seeing their name more and more in the coming years!
